[If there’s no answer, we’re most likely at a show or rally, so please leave your name and phone number where you can be reached and we’ll be sure to call you back as soon as possible.] If you prefer, you can fax us your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please be sure to include the: Jacket style, color and size you want along with your address and credit card information (don’t forget to include the expiration date) with phone numbers where you can be reached.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, or would like to exchange it for a different size or color, simply mail back the undamaged jacket(s) within 30 days of purchase with a note that includes your name, address, phone number and the reason you are returning it to:

We strongly advise you to send it using a delivery confirmation in order to insure that your package can be tracked. We will refund the amount of your purchase by either crediting your credit card account or will simply send you a check.

Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged item, keep the original packaging materials. Call us immediately at 1-866-265-2403 to let us know and we'll ship out a new jacket to you.
