Return Policy If you are unhappy with your purchase, or would like to exchange it for a different size or color, simply mail back the undamaged jacket(s) within 30 days of purchase with a note that includes your name, address, phone number and the reason you are returning it to: Classy Rider, Inc. We will refund the amount of your purchase by either crediting your credit card account or will simply send you a check. Damaged Shipments If you receive a damaged item, keep the original packaging materials. Call us immediately at 1-866-265-2403 to let us know and we'll ship out a new jacket to you.
