Classy Rider Introduces A New Perforated, Lightweight Cruiser Jacket with CoolMesh Lining!

Our new line-up of motorcycle jackets for 2008 is the most exciting ever! You'll find new colors (we’re big on colors), all of which come with the new CoolMesh lining to make the jackets even more comfortable and breathable. The new colors are more sophisticated than most, reflecting your lifestyle, and continue to look as great off the bike as they do on the bike.

The new "OMG Jacket(tm)" has a perforated outershell with the CoolMesh lining to give you even more air-flow through for the prime summer riding months. These jackets are super lightweight and finally give you the comfort you’re looking for, in a style that matches the cruiser image. The perforated jackets come in two colors: Tan-Airy and Earth/Taupe.

Guys - check out the new Bronco Brown - this is a rich, handsome color and is available with either the CoolMesh lining OR the traditional upscale satiny lining if you’re looking for slightly more thermal warmth. And now, our traditional solid Black comes with a choice of CoolMesh or satiny lining as well!

And ladies, we worked hard to develop a gorgeous Embossed-Black fabric that offers a feminine, and sophisticated twist on the standard black. The feminine lines of the jacket look incredible with this new fabric technology.

We’ve Kept or Improved on All of the Great Features !
All of the Classy Rider jackets are Machine Wash & Dry making maintenance a breeze. And, the jackets continue to have all of the fit-features that riders need to stay comfortable and covered. This year we’ve integrated 1000 denier DuPont Cordural along the inside sleeves to protect the skid-zones with zippered pockets in the inner sleeve to hold flexible EVA elbow pads in place; You’ll also find an EVA spine pad in the removable 1000 denier Cordura back piece so that you can quickly convert it to a casual street jacket. Check out the 'Features' page to see all of the ways that Classy Rider is designed for your ride. Since the jackets are made for the warm riding months, we’ve somehow accomplished all of this while keeping the overall weight at a very comfortable 2 lbs.! For those of you who want an alternative to the heavy leathers for summer, Classy Rider can’t be beat for looks, features and comfort.


The Early Feedback Has Been Fantastic… A special thank you to all of the customers who pre-ordered the new jackets and have written to tell us how much they love them - yes, we see the word ’love’ over and over again when referring to the jackets! This exceeds the response that we were striving for and are delighted to hear that the riders are just as enthusiastic about wearing them as we were about designing and introducing them. Most are surprised to realize that they can wear the Classy Rider jacket off the bike as well as on, making it the jacket they choose most often when leaving the house.
